Tuna Multi Greens Salad

My main dishes have come a long way in 1 month! I have ramped up my veggies and fruits for EACH meal, and eat less grains.
I used to hate vegetables. My salads are gourmet now…I use basil (I grew my own) , fennel, fresh lemon, sweet pea sprouts, all kinds of peppers, broccoli, a variety of colorful leafy green leaved lettuces, etc. Its one heck of a tasty mouthful!
Its not like regular "restaurant" type salads…blech. No iceberg lettuce for me. Did I mention I use organic produce? it tastes much much better, and worth the expense.
